Wendall - every other Thursday
As with my last post, I want to show everyone a different side of Los Angeles than they're showing on the news, so here are a few photos I've taken downtown.
It's a stunner. The twin Wells Fargo flatiron buildings.

A lovely photo journey. We met some Americans, from Florida, in Istanbul and we got round to talking about populations, the size of LA etc. The chap was very impressed that living on the West Coast of Scotland, we can drive to the East Coast, have a game of golf at St Andrews, drive home and still be home for tea....
ReplyDeleteThanks, Carol. On our second date, my English (now) husband flew over and we drove from LA to Santa Fe, New Mexico. I will never forget his face when, four hours into the journey, he asked me how much farther we had to go and I said, "Only nine more hours!"
DeleteMeant Caro, of course. Damn autocorrect!
