An a...Sadly, I have to agree with Jeff on this one. An attorney who doesn't want a conviction can easily assure that outcome - and can do it without calling attention to the fact that (s)he did it. That said, I would love to know what really happened, and to ensure that the outcome - whatever outcome it happens to be - is truly just. Witnesses said this, too.<br />It's outrageous that the police aren't being held accountable, a frequent occurrence these days, even in the case of 12-year-old Tamir Rice who was playing in a Cleveland park and was shot and his sister tackled when she came running to his aid.<br /><br />I don't know of the quote Annamaria cited, but it's true. And that same sentiment is conveyed at protests. <br /><br />I don't know what it will take for police to be held accountable for these deaths.
