The Flanneur of Shakespeare's country

A fool, who is not a fool.

'Now William,  do you believe  that, in the light of current politics, the quality of mercy is still not strained?'
The River Avon, Or the Canal... or a wee bit of both?

The young prince.

The old Scots King,  Thane Of Cawdor and other bits!

The High Street, about 7.30 am.
You didn't want to be here at 9.30- pandemonium.

That fool again, and he is no fool!

How would you like a public library like this?

heamaphrodite

alas poor Yorick
I blogged about him Horatio!

one of the bard's barmy bints.

                                                                     Falstaff

A young price, a king and two disrespectful pigeons.

I am still in tour, having lost/left my mobile  phone in a hotel room a few hundred miles away. It has my entire diary, and my credit cards in it. The hotel is sending it back home and I have no idea where I am supposed to be.  The internet in Stratford Upon Avon is as  efficient as it was in Will's time.
